Massive Voting Machine Fraud Steals American Elections! Paper Ballots Only Please – TDP

Massive and Potential documented voting machine FRAUD has led the True Democracy Party to one Conclusion. You can not trust voting machines, period. There are 2 Main Voting Machine Companies: Diebold and ES&S. They are both owned by two men who are brothers and staunch Republicans. They both have refused to tell anyone how votes are tabulated/counted. And there is an overwhelming mountain of evidence of fraud and manipulation of these machines.

TDP and most Americans (when they learn the truth about the VM’s) want Paper Ballots Only, and Dedicated Voting Stations.
How will we count the millions of votes? This is the most frequently asked question.
We will count them like we used to, by hand. The computer is relatively new to the scene. We use to count ballots, not only by hand, but the count would almost always be finished between 1 or 2am, in time for newspaper final print and distribution.
This always astounded me.

Do we need to go back to Paper Ballots? TDP says YES!!! Though this is only one method used by Republicans to steal US Elections. We must address them all. The VOTE is one of our most Important Rights in a Democracy.

There are dozens, if not hundreds of videos about these voting machines and fraud and corruption. This is only a small sampling.
And it’s rarely talked about. That’s about to change!

At the bottom there is a huff post article on Diebold selling it’s Voting Machine Unit to ES&S. Though the article totally omits any mention of; them being brothers, Republicans, the whole voting machine fraud, hacking, and vote stealing issues and connections, or the increased concentration to 70% of US votes counted by one Republican Group. This just happened to slip their minds over at the huff post.
The article also states how ‘Safe’ their voting machines are! LOL!!! SAFE?! Look below to see how ‘safe’ they are.
This is a ‘prime example’ of how you don’t get the “real” news. They leave out 90% percent of the best information, put in some total propaganda, and give you about 10% of truth that doesn’t cover anything that really matters.

Diebold Sells Voting Machine Unit

NORTH CANTON, Ohio — ATM maker Diebold Inc. has sold its much-criticized U.S. voting-machine business to its bigger competitor, Election Systems & Software Inc. of Omaha, Neb.
Diebold, based in North Canton, announced the sale of its Allen, Texas-based subsidiary Premier Election Solutions Inc. on Thursday and said it will get $5 million plus payments representing 70 percent of collections of the unit’s accounts receivable as of Aug. 31.
Diebold said it would disclose the additional payments at a later date.
Diebold expects to recognize a pretax loss on the deal in the range of $45 million to $55 million.
Last year Premier generated 2.8 percent of Diebold’s revenue. Diebold faced repeated criticism of the reliability and security of its touch-screen voting machines and began looking for a buyer for Premier more than two years ago.
In 2007, Diebold distanced itself from the election unit, renaming it Premier, allowing it to operate more independently and giving it a separate board of directors.
Its touch-screen voting machines used in elections across the country often drew criticism that the technology could be manipulated. The company has insisted touch-screen voting is reliable and an improvement over punch-card ballots that resulted in the disputed recount in Florida during the 2000 presidential election.
The sale reflects Diebold’s decision three years ago to focus on key markets, including ATMs and security systems, according to spokesman Mike Jacobsen. The company is determined to move forward and not reflect on past election-system problems, he said.
Diebold’s Brazilian subsidiary, which makes voting machines for Brazil’s national elections board, is unaffected by the Premier sale.

Premier has about 180 employees in the United States and Canada. Premier operates in 33 states and ES&S operates election services in 39 states and overseas.
Aldo Tesi, ES&S president and CEO, said the company was determined to fulfill its responsibilities in the high-profile voting-machine market.
“This acquisition is an opportunity to continue fulfilling our company’s core mission of maintaining voter confidence, and enhancing the voting experience,” he said in a statement.
Candice Hoke, an election law professor at Cleveland State University, said the sale raises questions about the consolidation of election services. “It’s a massive consolidation of voting-system vendors,” she said.
The increased size and influence of ES&S could make it harder for smaller, innovative companies to enter the market, she said. “The market power (of ES&S) will be so significant,” she said.
At the same time, Hoke said, ES&S’s growth could allow it to spend more on research to develop better voting machines.
Diebold shares were up 44 cents to $30.47 in Thursday afternoon trading.

In Dec. 12, 1936 Canadian Automotive Magazine states that the standard carburetor gets about 25 mpg at only 9% efficiency. Therefore the Pogue carburetor is 72% efficient overall at 200 mpg.

“A carburetor that would allow a car to travel 200 miles on a gallon of gas caused oil stocks to crash when it was announced by its Canadian inventor Charles Nelson Pogue in the 1930s. But the carburetor was never produced in enough volume, and mysteriously, Pogue went overnight from impoverished inventor to the manager of a successful factory making oil filters for the motor industry. Ever since, suspicion has lingered that oil companies colluded to bury Pogue’s invention.”

In early 1936 Breen Motor Company, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada tested the Pogue carburetor on a Ford V-8 Coupe and got 26.2 miles on one pint of gasoline (That’s 200+ mpg).. The performance of the car was 100% in every way. Under 10 mph the operation was much smoother than a standard carburetor. T.G. Green, President of the Breen Motor Company did the tests.

Winnipeg’s largest automobile dealers tested the Pogue carburetor and got results of up to 216.8 mpg! In 1945, according to an unnamed source, carburetors marked “POGUE CARBURETOR, DO NOT OPEN” were used on American Army tanks throughout WWII but were removed from circulation after the war ended.

In fact, many people attested to these mileage claims as The Pogue Carb went into production and was sold openly. [see Don Garlitz, above] However, one of the crucial factors of these systems is the use of “white” gasoline, which contained no additives. It was at this time oil companies started adding lead to the fuel. Lead is an anti-catalyst that rendered Pogue’s carburetor as inefficient as a regular carb. His invention caused such shock waves through the stock market, that the US and Canadian governments both stepped in and applied pressure to stifle him.

After my dad had sent me that copy of the Pogue Carburetor patent, and while I was working on my plans, an old retired gentleman with whom I was acquainted, came into my shop, and began to tell me of his experiences. He had been a machinist somewhere in Minnesota I think, when a French Canadian came to the shop. The Canadian had invented a carburetor, but was having trouble with it vapor locking. The machinist designed a valve for him that solved the problem. While the machinist was talking, he kept saying, “Oh, what was his name? Oh, what was his name?” I finally ask him, “Was that valve shaped like a rod split in half?” He looked at me in amazement, “Why, yes! How did you know?” I asked another question, “Was his name Pogue?” Then the old man was really amazed that I knew. I showed him the copy of the patent that I had, and he was really excited. He went over the papers like an excited child.

The old machinist went on to tell me how several months or was it several years later he had to take some paperwork up to the main office. He had to go through the conference room where he saw Mr. Pogue in the midst of a bunch of oil company big wigs. He named the wigs, but I forget the names. They were heads of Texaco, Shell, Esso, etc. Some of them had red faces, and Mr. Pogue looked like a trapped rabbit. Of course the machinist was very interested as to what was going on, but he knew he wasn’t supposed to be there, so he went on his way.

Later, one of the office boys came down to the shop, and told the machinist, “Hey, you know that Pogue guy that you made that valve for? Well, he sold that carburetor, and plans, lock stock and barrel to the oil company guys. They had a black man carry the whole thing down and put it into the trunk of a Pierce Arrow, and he drove off. That had been the last he had heard or seen of it until I showed him those patent papers.

Lead was added [at that very moment] to gasoline to [stop Pogue and] prevent anyone else from building such a device, since lead leaves heavy deposits and clogs these types of units, rendering them ineffective due to the inability to transfer heat to the fuel.

Tom Ogle of El Paso Texas , a 24 year old mechanic drove 200 miles in a 1970 351 ci. Ford on 2 gallons of gas. Other mechanics and engineers checked for hidden tanks, none were found. Reporters and a camera crew went with him 100 miles out and back; 200 miles 2 gallons. He claimed from the beginning that he did not know exactly how the system worked, just that it did and he proved it time and again.

In Montreal today, a tired, resigned man goes about his work, trying to forget the past. He hopes to brush from his memory the fact that 16 years ago he panicked the Toronto Stock Exchange, threw a fright into major oil companies, upset manufacturers of carburetors and captured the immediate, unflagging interest of every motorist in the world.

His name is Pogue. Charles Nelson Pogue. automotive engineer. His moment of glory, his claim to fame lies in his invention of an automobile carburetor Its principle was supposed to be a delayed mixing process that produced a more gaseous charge of fuel and delivered upwards of 200 miles per gallon of standard gasoline.

Or so some people say. And this is the year the world may discover the truth. For this is the year of the Pogue carburetor – the year the last of the Pogue patents run out.

Shrouded in the vagueness of time and forgotten document. Pogue and his carburetor have become world-wide legend. Whenever automotive minded people get together, whether they be technical brains or garden-variety motorists, the talk sooner or later turns to “that man from Canada who invented the 200-mpg carburetor” Sunday newspaper supplements and syndicated columnists perennially rediscover the item and wonder about rumours that Pogue was kidnapped, murdered, beaten, bought off.

Wonder no longer.

For the first time in 14 years Charles Nelson Pogue spoke to a reporter. I am that reporter and this is his story.

In the opening months of 1936, stock exchange offices and brokers were swamped with orders to dump all oil stock immediately. Imperial Oil of Canada, for instance, suffered a six-point drop. Why? Well, during June and July of the previous year, it was rumoured that a small eight-cylinder coupe fitted with a mysterious carburetor had driven from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Vancouver, British Columbia- a distance of 1,879.5 miles- on 14.5 gallons of gasoline for an overall average of around 130 miles per gallon!

This was not the first time however, that the carburetor had made news. Since Pogue had started on the invention some 17 years before (about the send of World War I) and there had been earlier impractical models, Pogue had created whispers throughout the North American continent. Oil men snickered at the idea and most motorists laughed off the news of the invention as just another illogical contraption.

However, in 1936 the manager of one of Winnipeg’s largest automobile dealerships was reported in the authoritative Canadian Automotive Trade to have said: “Today I drove a coupe with the Pogue carburetor 216.8 miles on an imperial gallon of gasoline (roughly the equivalent of a gallon and a fifth in the United States ). The car performed perfectly in every respect… I was able to throttle it down to one mile an hour and the car pulled along smoothly and steadily.”

The president of a leading automotive agency in the same area (which was Pogue’s original home and birthplace of the invention) was quoted by the Schrader Service News of Brooklyn, N. Y., for summer, 1936 as saying; “I made a test today of the Pogue carburetor installed on an eight cylinder coupe. The speedometer showed that the car had run over 8,000 miles. I drove the car 26.2 miles on one pint of gasoline. The performance was 100 per cent in every way.”

An engineer in a Canadian automobile plant was quoted as saying: “At the time of testing we covered 25.7 miles on one pint of gasoline.”

In addition to these personal testimonials, other articles appeared in the daily press and automotive trade journals about better idling, faster pickup and in one case, a test car which was kept in an unheated garage during a cold Canadian winter offered no starting difficulties during a cold Canadian winter offered no starting difficulties during the entire period.

Overwhelming controversy met these testimonials. The December 12, 1936, issue of Automotive Industries said: “It stated that on the announcement of these results (216 miles per imperial gallon ) the stocks on the Toronto Exchange took a tumble, that men of great wealth or powerful political connections are financing the development, and that the inventor’s laboratories have been broken into in two different instances and working models were stolen…it is added that the stolen models were incomplete…if the inventor could substantiate the claims, the consequences would be most important …fails to show any features hitherto unknown in carburetor practice and absolutely gives no warrant for crediting the remarkable results claimed… we shall remain exceedingly sceptical.”

Other articles at the time said that the carburetor was too impractical for use in the ordinary course of driving because it was dangerous. These writings pointed out that the Pogue carburetor was liable to explode at any time.

Scores of carburetion experts and oil company engineers made public pronouncements on the impossibility of the sevenfold increase claimed by the Pogue invention. One oil company engineer even pointed out that gasoline did not, nor never could, contain that high a percentage of explosive power.

But the fact remains that Charles Nelson Pogue was the holder of some five American and seven Canadian Patents issued to him between 1928-1936. The Canadian Patent Office lists the first patent for an improvement in carburetion as filed on April 3, 1928 and the last on June 23, 1936. The first United States patent was issued on March 11. 1930. from an application filed August 20. 1927. and the last was issued on January 7. 1936. Since the life span of a patent is 17 years, Pogue’s last legal claim to his controversial carburetor runs out this year.

Columnist E. V. Durling wrote in a 1949 column. “Some organisations make a practice of waiting 17 years for a patent to expire and then start to manufacture the patented article… that brings to mind that there was patented in the United States in the early 1930s a carburetor said to make it possible for an automobile to travel from 150 to 200 miles on one gallon of gasoline…it has never reached the market. However, the patent on it expires in a few years, I can hardly wait to see what happens then.”

Neither can Charles Nelson Pogue.

These high mileage systems have been around for 50 years but the technology has been suppressed and kept secret. Vapor injection patents have been bought out by major auto and oil companies. A revived emergence of this technology is surfacing, due to limited oil supplies resulting in increased gas prices. The computer age has allowed refined vapor injection technology to reach new levels. 150 mpg vapor injection prototype systems are secretly being installed in various vehicles around the US. It is an often a misconception that most vehicles burn gasoline vapors in their internal combustion engines. The fact of the matter is, gasoline powered vehicles burn finely divided particles or droplets that are sprayed from the carburetor or fuel injectors, into the engine cylinders.

This is a very wasteful process of converting gasoline or diesel to energy. Maybe 20-30 % efficiency at most. It has been known and demonstrated for 60 or more years that burning gasoline vapors will give easily 5 times the mpg and near zero emissions. Actually if the vapors are heated to the necessary temperature of 450 degrees F, the gasoline vapors are actually fractionalized by catalytic cracking and converted to smaller light molecular hydrocarbons, methane and methanol. In my travels around the world I have been in contact with some very informed inventors, relatives or associates of inventors who have known of many high mileage low emission vapor carburetors. I am sure many of you have heard of the Pogue, Covey, and Fish high mileage carburetors.

I recently decided write about my experiences and investigations of high mileage vapor carburetors because they produce less and almost near zero emissions. Lets be realistic, the best and fastest way to clean up the vehicle air pollution problems in congested cities involves the encouragement of the automobile and oil companies to bring out of the closet the many designs and patents of high mileage carburetors and injection systems. Using computer regulated technology, these patents can be upgraded to work much better.

The gas prices are going up, more cars are on the road, and more cities are experiencing extreme vehicle exhaust pollution. Lets raise the price of gas and sell the same amount of gas, (due to rapid increase of car population) and let the car get 100 mpg with near zero emissions. This would help preserve fossil fuels for many generations to come and help clean up the planet in a short period of time.

A crash program to install vapor carbs and injection systems on the 600 million vehicles world wide would be a quick and clean way to make cities more livable world wide, and reduce serious health effects such as respiratory congestion and cancer. In fact, the development of Electric Vehicles, Hybrid Electric Vehicles and Fuel Cell vehicles are not proceeding at a fast enough pace to make a dent cleaning up the air in most cities. The auto population explosion world wide is frustrating motorists, city transportation planners, and road maintenance departments. In the Unites States highway building and maintenance funds are not keeping up with the auto explosion.

The Japanese call the U.S. “The Car Society”. The auto explosion is also causing the increased rate of the build-up of harmful pollutants and greenhouse gases and hence global warming and increased incidences of severe weather. The internal combustion engine is considered as the greatest emitter of greenhouse gases worldwide. When one considers there are 200 million vehicles running the streets, highways, and freeways here in the U.S. and a total of 6-700 million vehicles world wide, then the urgency of drastic cleanup measures seems evident.

Now for the rest of the story! In 1936, according to widespread news accounts, Charles Pogue equipped a Ford V8 coupe that reportedly got over 200 MPG. In the summer of 1935 he drove the V8 Ford from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada to Vancouver B.C. Canada. He got 1879.5 miles on 14.5 gallons of gasoline. A standard carburetor used 106.5 gallons on the same trip. Did these tests actually take place?.. Did Charles N. Pogue sell-out? Ray Covey, who contacted the Pogue family, said that John Pogue, Charles’s cousin, stated in a recent taped interview, that “Pogue Carbs were installed in some U.S. tanks and Jeeps in North Africa, during WWII.”

Executive Order 11110: The John F. Kennedy Bill = FREEDOM From The Private Federal Reserve System

JFK vs. The Federal Reserve – Any President could enact this Executive Order any day, or the first day in office.

This interesting read about Executive Order 11110 (a presidential decree inacted June, 4th 1963) that strips the Federal Reserve of it’s authority to charge interest on money loaned to the US government (money that is created out of thin air). This order has never been repealed and could be enacted immediately. This is some powerful information and is quite relevant today.

John F. Kennedy vs. The Federal Reserve

On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. The Christian Common Law Institute has exhaustively researched this matter through the Federal Register and Library of Congress. We can now safely conclude that this Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.

When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy – the author of Profiles in Courage – signed this Order, it returned to the federal government, specifically the Treasury Department, the Constitutional power to create and issue currency – money – without going through the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank. President Kennedy’s Executive Order 11110 [the full text is displayed further below] gave the Treasury Department the explicit authority:

“to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury.”

This means that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury’s vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation based on the silver bullion physically held there. As a result, more than $4 billion in United States Notes were brought into circulation in $2 and $5 denominations. $10 and $20 United States Notes were never circulated but were being printed by the Treasury Department when Kennedy was assasinated. It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America. “United States Notes” were issued as an interest-free and debt-free currency backed by silver reserves in the U.S. Treasury.

President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 and the United States Notes he had issued were immediately taken out of circulation. Federal Reserve Notes continued to serve as the legal currency of the nation. According to the United States Secret Service, 99% of all U.S. paper “currency” circulating in 1999 are Federal Reserve Notes.

Kennedy knew that if the silver-backed United States Notes were widely circulated, they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve Notes. This is a very simple matter of economics. The USN was backed by silver and the FRN was not backed by anything of instrinsic value. Executive Order 11110 should have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level (virtually all of the nearly $9 trillion in federal debt has been created since 1963) if LBJ or any subsequent President were to enforce it. It would have almost immediately given the U.S. Government the ability to repay its debt without going to the private Federal Reserve Banks and being charged interest to create new “money”. Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S.A. the ability to, once again, create its own money backed by silver and real value worth something.

Again, according to our own research, just five months after Kennedy was assasinated, no more of the Series 1958 “Silver Certificates” were issued either, and they were subsequently removed from circulation. Perhaps the assassination of JFK was a warning to all future presidents not to interfere with the private Federal Reserve’s control over the creation of money. It seems very apparent that President Kennedy challenged the “powers that exist behind U.S. and world finance”. With true patriotic courage, JFK boldly faced the two most successful vehicles that have ever been used to drive up debt: 1) war (Viet Nam); and, 2) the creation of money by a privately owned central bank. His efforts to have all U.S. troops out of Vietnam by 1965 combined with Executive Order 11110 would have destroyed the profits and control of the private Federal Reserve Bank.

AMENDMENT OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10289 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS AFFECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, it is ordered as follows:

SECTION 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended, is hereby further amended –

(a) By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following subparagraph (j):

“(j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act of May 12, 1933, as amended (31 U.S.C. 821 (b)), to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denominations of such silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption,” and

(b) By revoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof.

SECTION 2. The amendment made by this Order shall not affect any act done, or any right accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil or criminal cause prior to the date of this Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be enforced as if said amendments had not been made.

Revocation : Executive Order

E.O. 11110 was never reversed by President Lyndon B. Johnson and the section added to E.O. 10289 remained on the books until President Ronald Reagan issued Executive Order 12608 on September 9, 1987 as part of a general clean-up of executive orders.[citation needed] E.O. 12608 specifically revoked the section added by E.O. 11110 which effectively revoked the entire Order. By this time, however, the remaining legislative authority behind E.O. 11110 had been repealed by Congress when Pub.L. 97-258 was passed in 1982.
In March 1964, Secretary of the Treasury C. Douglas Dillon halted redemption of silver certificates for silver dollars. In the 1970s, large numbers of the remaining silver dollars in the mint vaults were sold to the collecting public for collector value. All redemption in silver ceased on June 24, 1968

All they talk about is hydrogen gas stations run by Shell and a Canadian Oil Firm. Then they talk all about “hydrogen fuel cells” which take a lifetime of gas burned just to make one fuel cell. A hydrogen fuel cell factory is a real SMOG factory. To explain better read on. There Fuel Cells are not as efficient as a “On board Hydrogen Electrolysis” fuel cell. Stan made the gas as he drove, no hydrogen tanks, no fuel cells, no need for Shell Hydrogen Stations. He spent 30 years of research all on his own.

Recent Harassment on a Stan Meyer Cell Builder in India 2-1-07
We are familiar with the suppression of free-energy devices. In the USA there have been literally thousands of cases – for example, Bill Williams for running his truck on a Joe Cell, T Henry Moray for pulling kilowatts out of the environment and Ed Gray for daring to have a power tube with an output power 100 times the input power.

In Australia there is intense opposition to anyone using the Nitro Cell on any engine. In New Zealand, to the magnetic motor of Robert Adams which is 700% efficient. In the UK, to devices for water-splitting and permanent magnet motors. In Japan to Teruo Kawai’s patented magnetic motor which is 160% efficient.

But in the last week there has been an instance of it in India, in spite of the fact that the bus service in Mumbai has been run on hydrogen for some years now. A man, who wishes to remain anonymous in order not to aggravate the current situation, has just been picked on. He has been running a business for the last 23 years and has a good relationship with his local Commercial Taxation Office staff.

He became interested in Dave Lawton’s replication and decided to try it for himself. The seven pictures which I have placed in the Files section of the Group in the folder “RAVZZ” show his high standard of workmanship. He encountered a minor problem with his implementation of the electronic driving circuit, and so contacted Dave Lawton for technical advice. This was given and the problem solved. He then e-mailed Dave some pictures showing his progress.

Within 8 hours, his premises were raided by nine people supposedly from the local Tax Office. In actual fact, six of them were from the local office and the other three were unknown to the locals who had been ordered to take them along. During their search of the place, the man was told that he would be well advised to discontinue all work connected to hydrogen. That shows clearly that the “raid” had nothing whatsoever to do with taxation and the Tax Office was just being used as an excuse to invade the privacy of an individual.

They spent six hours checking everything eventually left, taking commercial records with them, and subsequently requested that our friend attend their local office on Wednesday (the day before yesterday). He attended, sensibly taking people from his business as witnesses. The six local officials were there and they returned the records taken, stating that there was nothing wrong with the records or the tax position. They also said that they were bewildered by the whole affair. He asked them about the other three men, and they said that the Commissioners office had asked them to take them along….and they have no idea who they were!

He then had a long conversation with the Deputy Commercial Tax Officer who had came over to his place. He also seemed confused as to why they were hurried up to go over to his place from the Commissioners office. He said that the Commissioners office received a complaint from some higher authorities and these people were given written instructions (an unusual thing in itself) to go to his office and make some checks, usually this happens but the visits are done after 3-4 days of the receipt of the letter from the Commissioners office based on the time allotment, but in this case there were 4 calls directly from the Commissioners office to go over to his place immediately !!

This is a typical case of deliberate intimidation and it is unusual only because it is in India. It also shows that Dave Lawton’s e-mails are being intercepted and read as this man did not mention his hydrogen work to anyone else. Dave once made the mistake of applying for a development grant from his Local Authority. The grant was to help develop one of his inventions. He was visited by two unpleasant individuals who took away his written proposal. Nothing ever came of it and when Dave asked for his documents back, they lied, saying that they has posted them. When he pressured them, they did eventually send the documents back, and the date stamp on the envelope shows that the documents were posted long after they originally claimed that they had been sent. It turns out that these men have no connection with the Local Authority Grants section and it seems clear that they fall into the same category as the three “unknown” men in India who carried out the raid.
presumably, Dave’s phone calls and e-mails have been intercepted and monitored ever since and that is what triggered the raid in India.

The raid in India is very interesting in that it shows clearly that the opposition are very much afraid of Stan Meyer’s Water Fuel Cell. This implies that the cell is capable of producing serious amounts of free-energy and can break our dependency on fossil fuels.

Stanley Meyer, Water-Fuel Cell Inventor & Promoter, Dies Suddenly

Stanley A. Meyer, the controversial Ohio inventor who had claimed his technology could produce a hydrogen-oxygen mixture with a minimal energy input (compared with conventional electrolysis) died on March 21, 1998. He did not have a world-wide following, like he should have, few people have heard of him.

There were also those of adherents and people who had invested in his activities — Water Fuel Cell (Grove City, OH). He was famous for his claimed “water fueled car” which was exhibited symbolically in the BBC/CBC 1994 documentary on cold fusion, “Too Close to the Sun”. We were initially curious about Meyer’s work, the late Christopher Tinsley of the UK, and the late Admiral of the British Navy, Sir Anthony Griffin, but who became frustrated by being unable — or, more to the point, not allowed — to confirm (or reject) Meyer’s claims.

It makes no sense that after discovering the technological process that he had. Why there is no way that a reasonable, straightforward marketing strategy would have failed to make his technology quickly spread worldwide. He could have become very influential and very rich.

There remains a very strong suspicion that he had no such process, from his enemies, (Oil Corp. Cartels) even though he conducted a demonstration (before this writer and another engineer at the Meyer lab in 1993) of the production of copious hydrogen/oxygen gas from what visually seemed like a small input power. But Meyer was exceedingly paranoid and he flatly refused reasonable requests by us and others to test the performance — the input/out power ratio, even with the proviso that we did not have to “look into his black box” of electronics feeding his rather simply constructed stainless steel electrode, alternating current and voltage cell. The last such refusal — this one in public and recorded on video tape — was at the ANE meeting in Denver CO in 1997. Then Meyer loudly and falsely protested that he would “lose his patent rights” if he were to release anything but complete, integrated systems — such as a water-fueled vehicle.

In 1996, Meyer lost a long-lasting Ohio civil court battle accusing him of “egregious fraud” against a former associate. Meyer’s said, he ascribed this and other alleged assaults on him to various conspiracies against water as a fuel. He was offered huge sums of money (a billion dollars) to “suppress this technology”, but that he had refused those sums. One had the impression that he really believed that there were conspiracies against him. These conspiracies exist today. That is a tragedy, a very compounded tragedy if he had actually come up with something novel and useful that he was hiding.

This is a very complex human and scientific story that we shall want to cover in greater detail in a future issue of infinite energy. There are other processes and inventions that suggest that splitting water molecules with much greater efficiency than with conventional electrolysis is possible. Certainly there are other novelties within water — “cold fusion” to be sure — that really do produce prodigious quantities of energy, in the mode Meyer claimed. For now, here are some of the facts surrounding Meyer’s death:

He was apparently eating dinner at a Grove City OH restaurant, when it is reported that he jumped up from the table, yelled that he’d been poisoned”, and rushed out into the parking lot, where he collapsed and died. It has been reported by Meyer’s associates that Meyer had just secured funding for a $50 million research center near Grove City, but there is no way to confirm or reject this at the moment.

Conclusion : Stanley is gone and we continue to buy gasoline and we continue to create global warming at a alarming rate and no one does nothing.

Eye-witness accounts suggest that US inventor Stanley Meyer has developed an electric cell which will split ordinary tap water into hydrogen and oxygen with far less energy than that required by a normal electrolytic cell.

In a demonstration made before Professor Michael Laughton, Dean of Engineering at Mary College, London, Admiral Sir Anthony Griffin, a former controller of the British Navy, and Dr Keith Hindley, a UK research chemist. Meyer’s cell, developed at the inventor’s home in Grove City, Ohio, produced far more hydrogen/oxygen mixture than could have been expected by simple electrolysis.

Where normal water electrolysis requires the passage of current measured in amps, Meyer’s cell achieves the same effect in milliamps. Furthermore, ordinary tap water requires the addition of an electrolyte such as sulphuric acid to aid current conduction; Meyer’s cell functions at greatest efficiency with pure water.

According to the witnesses, the most startling aspect of the Meyer cell was that it remained cold, even after hours of gas production.

Meyer’s experiments, which he seems to be able to perform to order, have earned him a series of US patents granted under Section 101. The granting of a patent under this section is dependent on a successful demonstration of the invention to a Patent Review Board.

Meyer’s cell seems to have many of the attributes of an electrolytic cell except that it functions at high voltage, low current rather than the other way around. Construction is unremarkable. The electrodes — referred to as “excitors” by Meyer — are made from parallel plates of stainless steel formed in either flat or concentric topography. Gas production seems to vary as the inverse of the distance between them; the patents suggest a spacing of 1.5 mm produces satisfactory results.

The real differences occur in the power supply to the cell. Meyer uses an external inductance which appears to resonate with the capacitance of the cell — pure water apparently possesses a dielectric constant of about 5 — to produce a parallel resonant circuit. This is excited by a high power pulse generator which, together with the cell capacitance and a rectifier diode, forms a charge pump circuit. High frequency pulses build a rising staircase DC potential across the electrodes of the cell until a point is reached where the water breaks down and a momentary high current flows. A current measuring circuit in the supply detects this breakdown and removes the pulse drive for a few cycles allowing the water to “recover”.

Research chemist Keith Hindley offers this description of a Meyer cell demonstration: “After a day of presentations, the Griffin committee witnessed a number of important demonstration of the WFC” (water fuel cell as named by the inventor).

A witness team of independent UK scientifc observers testified that US inventor Stanley Meyer successfully decomposed ordinary tap water into constituent elements through a combination of high, pulsed voltage using an average current measured only in milliamps. Reported gas evolution was enough to sustain a hydrogen /oxygen flame which instantly melted steel.

In contrast with normal high current electrolysis, the witnesses report the lack of any heating within the cell. Meyer declines to release details which would allow scientists to duplicate and evaluate his “water fuel cell”. However, he has supplied enough detail to the US Patent Office to persuade them that he can substantiate his ‘power-from-water’ claims.

One demonstration cell was fitted with two parallel plate “excitors”. Using tap water to fill the cell, the plates generated gas at very low current levels — no greater than a tenth of an amp on the ammeter, and claimed to be milliamps by Meyer — and this gas production increased steadily as the plates were moved closer together and decreased as they were separated. The DC voltage appeared to be pulsed at tens of thousands of volts.

A second cell carried nine stainless steel double tube cell units and generated much more gas. A sequence of photographs was taken showing gas production at milliamp levels. When the voltage was turned up to its peak value, the gas then poured off at a very impressive level.

“We did notice that the water at the top of the cell slowly became discolored with a pale cream and dark brown precipitate, almost certainly the effects of the chlorine in the heavily chlorinated tap water on the stainless steel tubes used as “excitors”.

He was demonstrating hydrogen gas production at milliamp and kilovolt levels.

“The most remarkable observation is that the WFC and all its metal pipework remained quite cold to the touch, even after more than twenty minutes of operation. The splitting mechanism clearly evolves little heat in sharp contrast to electrolysis where the electrolyte warms up quickly.”

“The results appear to suggest efficient and controllable gas production that responds rapidly to demand and yet is safe in operation. We clearly saw how increasing and decreasing the voltage is used to control gas production. We saw how gas generation ceased and then began again instantly as the voltage driving circuit was switched off and then on again.”

“After hours of discussion between ourselves, we concluded that Stan Meyer did appear to have discovered an entirely new method for splitting water which showed few of the characteristics of classical electrolysis. Confirmation that his devices actually do work come from his collection of granted US patents on various parts of the WFC system. Since they were granted under Section 101 by the US Patent Office, the hardware involved in the patents has been examined experimentally by US Patent Office experts and their seconded experts and all the claims have been established.”

“The basic WFC was subjected to three years of testing. This raises the granted patents to the level of independent, critical, scientific and engineering confirmation that the devices actually perform as claimed.”

The practical demonstration of the Meyer cell appears substantially more convincing than the para-scientific jargon which has been used to explain it. The inventor himself talks about a distortion and polarization of the water molecule resulting in the H:OH bonding tearing itself apart under the electrostatic potential gradient, of a resonance within the molecule which amplifies the effect.

Apart from the copious hydrogen/oxygen gas evolution and the minimal temperature rise within the cell, witnesses also report that water within the cell disappears rapidly, presumably into its component parts and as an aerosol from the myriad of tiny bubbles breaking the surface of the cell.

Meyer claims to have run a converted VW on hydrogen/oxygen mixture for the last four years using a chain of six cylindrical cells. He also claims that photon stimulation of the reactor space by optical fibre piped laser light increases gas production.

The inventor is a protegee’ of the Advanced Energy Institute.

In the original setup that Stan Meyer showed us, he used 36 volts as the basic potential applied to the reaction chamber. He also commented that stainless steel ( 410 not 403 ) was the only metal that could be used as oxides formed with all others. His original chamber used 18 inch long by 0.375 inch diameter (o.d.) rod surrounded by 1 inch diameter (i.d.) 16 inch long pipe. The reason for the difference in length is for mechanical ease of construction. My prototype used 14 inch long rod and 12 inch long pipe of similar diameters as the drawing indicates.

Having a severe lack of parts diversity here in Sri-Lanka, I was only able to obtain a 24 volt. 8 amp transformer and built my circuitry around that. The final output is 20 volts with Ml reading 10 amps to the pulsing circuit which generates a symetricel squarewave ( 50% duty cycle ) to the flyback inductor connected in series with the chamber as the schematic shows. The flyback high voltage spike is directed across the chamber via c* end d*. The use of a high voltage spike alone, without the current being delivered through the liquid, will not cause the disassociation to take place. This I verified using an ignition coil in place of the inductor and applied the secondary with halfwave rectification and blocking capacitor to prevent burn out to the chamber with no results. Apparently the current in the water aligns the molecules approprately to allow the high voltege spike to do its workr which in my opinion is the stimulation of molecular resonance. Once Stan’s unit was made to begin breakdown (which takes 6 to 8 seconds) he was able to reduce both current and voltage to miniscule proportions. I attribute this to sympathetic oscillation of the aligned molecules, requiring very little in the way of additional excitation. A phenomena akin to Tesla’s super resonance… resulting in Stan discovering that he only had to supply three pulses in ten to satisfy the requirement of the chamber. I have not yet had the opportunity to duplicate this portion of the experiment but, in time I vill.

Duplication of the device described in these pages, however, will produce the phenomena and hopefully launch other enterprising end inventive souls on to designing their own refined models. It would be nice to have feedback so that we can all collectively work to bring about the transition to non-pollution energy.

P.S.- Though electrical circuit is by no means optinised, but represents instead the result of parts availability here. Any good technician could improve on it quite readily.

There are two primary frequencies that produce the best results. They are: 14,372 Hz and 43,430 Hz. The former is about 50% more efficient, but it seems that just about any frequency between 9 KHz and 143,762 KHz works quite well. (1) This is because the nature of the wave form ( a spike ) is rich in harmonics and one of them is bound to be close to one of the two primary frequencies.

Use of permanent magnets may also increase efficiency. I’ll give you the outcome of that attempt in my next letter along with the plans for what I hope to be a much improved version.

“The Birth of New Technology: The Hydrogen Fracturing Process & Related Water Fuel Cell Technology”

The purpose of establishing the Hydrogen Fracturing technology which ahs been developed is to use energy from the atom to produce a system which would lend itself to mass production. Meyer is now in the process of integrating the Electrical Polarization Generator (EPG) into the Hydrogen Fracturing Process. The Electrical Polarization Generator is in essence a gas battery which produces electric energy directly from the fuel cell gases without chemical interaction. The significance of the voltage is that it is a potential energy source, not consumed energy. The most significant point is that the influence of voltage has a phenomenal effect on the splitting of the water molecule and does it in a controlled state. Voltage from the Electrical Polarization Generator separates the water molecule economically by not consuming power. It’s a new technology — bringing the water molecule from a liquid to gas ionization state, which in turn sets up the Hydrogen Fracturing Process of destabilization of the gas atoms to release their atomic energy. The process consumes very little power to accomplish this task.

The Voltage Intensifier Circuit (VIC) patent development had to be fully developed to bring on the voltage phenomenon where very low energy is being consumed.

In conjunction with this development, a new Electron Grid Extractor Circuit (EGEC) has been fully developed to extend the operability of the Hydrogen Gas Gun technology, which sets up the hydrogen fracturing process. The Voltage Intensifier Circuit patent development and Electron Grid Extraction Circuit had to be fully developed to bring on the voltage phenomenon where very low energy is being consumed.
What is this Hydrogen Fracturing Process? Since the Water Fuel Cell (WFC) dissociates the water molecule by the stimulation of voltage, this voltage technology has now been applied to the Fuel Cell gas atoms to release their atomic energy. Meyer discovered that not only can the water molecule be split into its component parts, but it is also possible to separate the atoms of gases into their component parts by the same voltage stimulation, releasing a tremendous amount of thermal explosive energy from the atom under a controlled state. Under this process, preliminary tests show that energy yields from one gallon of water are predicted to equal that of 44,000 to 108,000 barrels of oil. The Hydrogen Fracturing Process is environmentally safe since the gas atoms are split into their component parts, releasing explosive thermal energy from the gas atom. The nucleus remains intact.

In conjunction to the Hydrogen Fracturing Process of the Water Fuel Cell technology, Meyer is now working out systems mechanics of retrofitting the EPG system to the entire Water Fuel Cell system. The entire systems mechanics are now being integrated together into a package system which, when miniaturized, will lend itself to production. All of these previous steps have been necessary to ensure the system lends itself to the economics of mass production with costs held down.

Beyond the Electrical Particle Generator (EPG) system, which utilizes a magnetized gas to produce electrical energy, work is continuing on the Electrical Polarization Generator to optimize its operational performance, which is also required for mass production. The EPG system is now being prepared for design interfacing with the existing WFC technology.

To reach the maximum operational effect of the EPG system, several types of magnetized gases are being developed and tested. Meyer is also developing the technology to enhance the electromagnetic deflection of the gas to optimize the EPG system still further. This development phase is now being considered for systems economics with regard to manufacturing techniques.

What does the Hydrogen Fracturing Process (HFP) really do for the system? It destabilizes the mass and electrical equilibrium of the gas atoms, bringing them into a critical state for energy utilization.

The electronics control system determines systems operation and efficiency and is part of the HFP. It complies with both US and foreign patent requirements. It establishes electric circuit interfacing for the operability and efficiency of the HFP. In mass production, it will be reduced to a small, simple circuit component. The control system triggers the HFP and maintains control of it.

The Hydrogen Gas Injector Fuel Cell (HGIFC) is composed of resonant cavities (lower section) in a vertical array which splits water molecules into component parts by stimulation of a high pulse voltage frequency, setting up the resonant action. The liberated hydrogen and oxygen atoms and ambient air gases are stimulated from a liquid to gas ionization state prior to entering the Hydrogen Gas Gun (HGG), located on top of the resonant cavities. Gases are then allowed to go into the Hydrogen Fracturing Process. The thrust nozzle, located at the very top of the system, is an optical thermal lens affixed to the unit which triggers and sustains the Hydrogen Fracturing Process as to the flow rate of fuel cell gases. In mass production, the whole unit forms the Gas Injector Fuel Cell (GIFC). The complete unit will be reduced to a small, extremely light-weight unit. The Hydrogen Fracturing Process is completely environmentally safe. There are no radioactive materials used in the process, and it applies to all EPA standards, plus safety, housing and highway codes…

Hydrogen Gas Gun

The Electron Extraction Circuit removes, captures, and consumes the “dislodged” eelctrons (from the gas atoms) to cause the gas atoms to go into and reach “Critical State”, forming highly energized combustiblegas atoms having missing electrons. Resistive values (R4, R6, R7) and dielectric constant of gas (Rg) and isolated ground (W) prevents “electron-flow” or “electron deflection” from occurring within the circuit during pulsing operations (at resonant frequency) and, therefore, keeps the gas atoms in critical state by not allowing electron replacement to occur or take place between the moving gas atoms. The “dislodged” negative charged electrons are “destroyed” or “consumed” in the form of heat when Amp Consuming Device (S) such as a light bulb) is positively electrically energized during alternate pulsing operations. Laser activated or laser primed gas ions repel the dislodged electrons being consumed. The Electron Extraction Process is hereinafter called the “Hydrogen Gas Gun” and is placed on top of a Resonant Cavity Assembly.

Exposing the expelling “laser-primed” and electrically chareged combustible gas ions (exiting from the Gas Resonant Cavity) to a thermal spark or heat zone causes thermal gas ignition, releasing Thermal Explosive Energy (gtnt) beyond the Gas-Flame Stage…

Thermal Atomic interaction (gtnt) is caused when the combustible gas ions (from water) fail to unite or form a Covalent Linkup or Bond between the water molecule atoms. The oxygen atom having less than four covalent electrons (Electron Extraction Process) is unable to reach “Stable State” ( 6 to 8 covalent electrons required) when the two hydrogen atoms seek to form the water molecule during thermal gas ignition. The absorbed laser energy (Va, Vb, and Vc) weakens the electrical bond between the orbital electrons and the nucleus of the atom. And, electrical attraction force being stronger than normal due to the lack of covalent electrons, “locks onto” and “keeps” the hydrogen electrons… This Atomic Thermal INteraction between combustible gas opns is from now on called the “Hydrogen Fracturing Process”.

By simply attentuating or varying the voltage amplitude in direct relationship to voltage pulse rate determines Atmomic Power Yield under control state…

Stanley Meyer, Water-Fuel Cell Inventor & Promoter, Dies Suddenly

Stanley A. Meyer, the controversial Ohio inventor who had claimed his technology could produce a hydrogen-oxygen mixture with a minimal energy input (compared with conventional electrolysis) died on March 21, 1998. He had gained a world-wide following of adherents and people who had invested in his activities — Water Fuel Cell (Grove City, OH). He was famous for his claimed “water fueled car” which was exhibited symbolically in the BBC/CBC 1994 documentary on cold fusion, “Too Close to the Sun”.

There were also those who were initially curious about Meyer’s work, such as the editor of this magazine, the late Christopher Tinsley of the UK, and the late Admiral of the British Navy, Sir Anthony Griffin, but who became frustrated by being unable — or, more to the point, not allowed — to confirm (or reject finally) Meyer’s claims.

I have absolutely NO DOUBT today that Stanley Meyer was his own worst enemy. IF — and a very big IF — he had discovered the technological process that he had said he had, there is no way that a reasonable, straightforward marketing strategy would have failed to make his technology quickly spread worldwide. He could have become very influential and very rich.

There remains a very strong suspicion that he had no such process, even though he conducted a demonstration (before this writer and another engineer at the Meyer lab in 1993) of the production of copious hydrogen/oxygen gas from what visually seemed like a small input power. But Meyer was exceedingly paranoid and he flatly refused reasonable requests by us and others to test the performance — the input/out power ratio, even with the proviso that we did not have to “look into his black box” of electronics feeding his rather simply constructed stainless steel electrode, alternating current and voltage cell. The last such refusal — this one in public and recorded on video tape — was at the ANE meeting in Denver CO in 1997. Then Meyer loudly and falsely protested to me that he would “lose his patent rights” if he were to release anything but complete, integrated systems — such as a water-fueled vehicle. Excuses, excuses, excuses…

In 1996, Meyer lost a long-lasting Ohio civil court battle accusing him of “egregious fraud” against a former associate. As was Meyer’s custom, he ascribed this and other alleged assaults on him to various conspiracies. To television cameras he suggested that he had been offered huge sums of money to “suppress this technology”, but that he had refused those sums. One had the impression that he really believed that there were conspiracies against him. That is a tragedy, a very compounded tragedy if he had actually come up with something novel and useful that he was hiding.

This is a very complex human and scientific story that we shall want to cover in greater detail in a future issue of Infinite Energy. There are other processes and inventions that suggest that splitting water molecules with much greater efficiency than with conventional electrolysis may be possible. Certainly there are other novelties within water — “cold fusion” to be sure — that really do produce prodigious quantities of energy, but not in the mode Meyer claimed. For now, here are some of the facts surrounding Meyer’s death:

He was apparently eating dinner at a Grove City OH restaurant, when it is reported that he jumped up from the table, yelled that he’d been poisoned”, and rushed out into the parking lot, where he collapsed and died. It has been reported by Meyer’s associates that Meyer had just secured funding for a $50 million research center near Grove City, but there is no way to confirm or reject this at the moment.

In the late 70’s, while living in El Paso, Texas, a new neighbor moved in next door. His name was Tom Ogle. Tom was a young inventor who became a millionaire overnight.

Tom developed a small device that could be attached to any engine and increase performance and MPG by up to 1000%…yes 10 times! Tom patented his invention then sold it… I was a teenager at the time and don’t remember who he sold it to, but it was either an auto company or an oil company. Overnight Tom became a millionaire, and the American people, and the world for that matter, became the big losers. Incidentally, Monica Ogle, Tom’s wife, and their 2 year old daughter became losers as Tom was mysteriously murdered less than 6 months later.

What happened to Tom’s device? A small, inexpensive device that saved gas, and ultimately our dollars?

I’ve written to various congressmen and senators, as well as the President asking for an investigation into this matter, but mine has been a lone voice, and not 1 official has answered me, including Senators Obama, Clinton, or McCain.

Wouldn’t you like to know where Tom Ogle’s invention is? Wouldn’t you like to know why we are not ALL benefiting from the energy and cost savings it offers? Perhaps it’s time we ALL start writing our officials and ask for an investigation and answers. Maybe it’s time we demand of the media to ask the same questions.

He reportedly gave a test drive to Arab men in black suits, received 1 Million Dollars, and the next day the origional factory carb was back on that Impala…

My Grandfather was one of the cheif enginers at Ford, a friend of his that worked with him invented a small device that attached to the car and gratly increased gas milage. He installed it on all his frinds cars.

Then one of the oil companies bought the design off him, then went to all his friends and removed the device from their cars. The invention was never heard of again.

With his new found wealth, he quit Ford and moved away.

I wonder if it was the same person?

By the way, my grandfather just copied it and put it back on his car after they left. However after his death, I don’t know what happened with his working copy. Comment by Frank L. Where is Ogle’s invention? Why has our government allowed it to remain hidden? Why has this travesty not been publicized? What can we do to make this public and see our country and our world benefit from this invention? Gasoline at $3.50 plus/gallon is highway robbery that our government benefits from by virtue of the gasoline taxes we pay on every gallon… it’s time this criminality STOP! Isn’t strange that after his invention that would benefit the people, he is murdered? We need to persist with issues like this one. You should have the story on the internet as many times as possible and let people know that our candidates are not responding to the concerns of the people. I have a friend that have written to Senator Obama regarding being mistreated and discriminated with Well Fargo, begging for help to avoid losing his house…NO ONE RESPONDED. We need to united and voice against this kind of issues

Filling up at the gas pump these days is an agonizing experience. even with more reasonable prices, gas emissions contribute to global warming, and with every gallon pumped we take money out of our own economy and send it overseas.

The world is telling us to Go Green; from Sesame Street to the Campaign Trail, and Going Green has become as much a marketing tool as a call for action.

But what most American’s don’t know is that these problems were solved thirty years ago by the brilliant invention of a Texas high school dropout.

In 1978 I first interviewed Tom Ogle who created a device replacing the carburetor and allowed his 4,000 pound car to get 100 miles per gallon. He should have gone on to change history and become one of the world’s richest men. He was young, confident and feared nothing. But he was wrong – dead wrong. Four years later Tom, at age 24, was in his grave and his invention, buried.

I stood outside the Smuggler’s Inn, a restaurant in El Paso, where I’d just interviewed Tom Ogle, only 21, and perhaps one of America’s greatest inventors. He was leaning against his 1970 Ford Galaxie. Fitted with a black box ‘filter’ the big gas guzzler was getting more than 100 miles per gallon.

That’s when I told him, “Tom, I think you are one of the most important people on earth right now.” Smoking a cigarette, flashing a $1,200 watch and a 3.5 carat diamond ring, he replied confidently, “I hope so. My invention will save the world.”

“Are you afraid of oil companies or the Arabs coming after you?” I asked.

“No. Not any more. I’ve had too much publicity. If I’d kept my invention a secret I might be worrying. But there’s nothing to worry about any more.”

Tom said the 100 mpg returns he was seeing on his then standard 4,000 pound car was only the beginning of his newfound fuel efficiency. Tom felt confident that on the smaller, lighter cars, then only popular in Europe, he could get nine times as much.

That means in today’s light-weight automobiles we could be driving around getting up to 900 miles per gallon. And even gas guzzling Hummers and giant SUV’s Tom never lived to see might be more efficient than today’s best hybrid cars.

He did away with the carburetor and fuel pump; replacing them with a black box he called a ‘filter.’ The super mileage, he said, was due to his pressurized, vaporized fuel system that injected gasoline vapor, not liquid, directly into the engine’s firing chambers.

The modified car was extensively tested and engineers found no evidence of fraud. In one test for the media Ogle drove his Galaxie, which unmodified got about 13 miles per gallon, 200 miles on a measured 2 gallons of gasoline. The results were so astonishing that the car was inspected for hidden fuel tanks. None were found and those who drove with him confirmed that they had never stopped to refuel.

Doubters became believers. Scientists were convinced his invention, dubbed the ‘Oglemobile,’ would soon reach world markets and earn millions.

Tom Ogle was checked out by corporate engineers and the US government who were astounded to discover the invention actually worked.

At the time I had talked with the late Senator Gaylord Nelson (Dem. Wis.) a long time contact of mine and a pioneer for U.S. fuel economy standards, about what this could mean for all of us.

“The potential benefits are too great for it to be ignored.” said the Senator and had asked the US Department of Transportation to make a thorough investigation of Ogle’s system but was met with a wait and see response from officials.

Another big supporter of Ogle’s invention was Professor Gerald Hawkins of Texas A&M University, holder of a doctorate in mechanical engineering with a background in gas dynamics and aerospace study.

“This is no hoax,” said Dr. Hawkins, “Ogle eliminated the carburetor and achieved what the gasoline internal combustion engine was supposed to do all along – to operate off fumes. I don’t know why somebody didn’t try this before.”

But apparently they did!

Seventy years ago Canadian Charles Nelson Pogue made headlines long before Tom Ogle, when he drove a 1932 Ford, 200 miles on a single gallon of gas. Reportedly he proved his invention in a test for The Ford Motor Company in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

For most of the world, the names Tom Ogle and Charles Pogue have never been heard or at least long forgotten. But, thirty years later can I still hear Tom’s voice from our recorded interviews promising the world better future.

During our interview the eager young inventor revealed how he had discovered his fuel system by accident; “I was messing around with a lawn-mower when I accidentally knocked a hole in its fuel tank. I put a vacuum line running from the tank straight into the carburetor inlet. I just let it run and it kept running and running but the fuel level stayed the same. I got excited. The lawn-mower was running without a carburetor and getting tremendous efficiency.”

The engine got so hot Ogle used a fan to cool it and was amazed when it ran 96 hours on the fuel remaining in the mower’s small tank.

He went from the lawn-mower to the automobile, converting a car in the same manner. Its engine started immediately, but the gas tank collapsed inwards. It took months of reinforcing gas tanks before he solved the vacuum problem.

But the car, without its carburetor and fuel pump, still had no acceleration. It couldn’t run faster than 20 mph. And the modified engine averaged only 8 miles to the gallon, and stalled after a few miles.

One time he crawled under the stalled car to examine its gas tank and found, “It was freezing cold, like an ice-cube. As I was sucking vapor out, it was acting like a refrigerator with liquid on the bottom and fumes on top.”

When he warmed the gas tank with heater coils, the miles per gallon sky-rocketed to over 100 and Tom Ogle never looked back.

He believed his system was the answer to the world’s pollution problems and demonstrated virtually zero pollutant emissions coming from his engine exhaust.

Soon Tom found himself courted by oil companies and financiers. Everyone predicted he would become a billionaire.

A few months before I had met him he was contacted by C.F. Ramsey an ‘international financier’ who wanted to buy Tom’s patent and the marketing rights to the Oglemobile.

Ramsey told me by phone, “We signed a preliminary agreement with Tom Ogle the very next day after we saw the invention. All kinds of people were in town, J.C. Penny, Transamerica, General Motors, Ford and others. Specifically Shell Oil offered Tom $25 million. Everybody was after him.”

But every case the proposed backers wanted controlling interest in Tom’s patent. They wanted to stick Tom off in a laboratory. And that would have been the end of Tom Ogle and his fuel system.

And it was. That is exactly what happened.

Ramsey signed a contract which let Ogle work on his device with financing from Ramsey who would take over the patent, distribution and development rights of the Oglemobile.

With thousands flowing in, the confident Tom Ogle I had met was quickly building the life of luxury and extravagance.

A few months after my first interview, his backer C.F. Ramsey sold out to Advance Fuel Systems Inc. in June of 1978. Tom was a bit nervous in my later phone calls, but all seemed to be well. He would continue receiving $5,000 a month and funds for research and development. He’d also get 6 percent royalties when the device came to market. Advance Fuel’s own engineers would develop the ‘Oglemobile’ for marketing and in April 1979, a still very ambitious Tom Ogle opened the first of a planned 1,000 nation-wide diagnostic car centers.

But Ogle’s first and only car center soon closed and his monthly checks stopped. Ogle was told he’d get no royalties because AFS was working on a device that got similar results but wasn’t his invention.

Continuing in his spiraling downfall from quick success and media attention in 1981, Monica, Tom’s wife left him and took along their five-year-old daughter Sherry. Then on April 14th he was shot in the street by someone who ‘got away’ yet he survived the incident.

On August 18th a broken and forgotten Tom Ogle, drunk, left The Smuggler’s Inn, the same place that I’d first met him. That night he went to a friend’s apartment and collapsed.

He was declared dead at El Paso’s Eastwood Hospital. His death, which involved a combination of Darvon, a prescribed pain killer, and alcohol, was ruled accidental or suicide. Many believed it was a cover-up for murder.

Gone Tom Ogle left little to his name but he did leave his Patent (#4,177,779), the last gift of a young man who died before his time.

In 1989 another American inventor, Stanley Allen Meyer, claimed to have invented a means by which a car could be fueled solely by water. He alleged that he had created a dune buggy which could travel across the United States on twenty-two gallons of water. He died in 1998 while celebrating the success of his invention with his brother and two financial backers from Belgium. Although his cause of death was stated as having been a brain aneurysm, many have speculated that he was poisoned so that the news of his invention would not spread and decrease the need for foreign oil. At the time of his death, Stanley Meyer had twenty patents on many water-fueled inventions.

Charles Nelson Pogue (from Canada) invented & patented his carburetor in the mid 1930s. It was installed on a 1934 ford and tested by Canadian Ford motor Co.. Brin motor Co. and one other independent testing laboratory. One got 119 miles to the gallon and one got 109 miles to the gallon, and the third got something in the middle.
The 109 did admit that they, while on flat level road, WERE, fighting a 30 mile per hour head wind. 30 days after testing Mr. Pogue and family, disappeared from earth

It is an often a misconception that most vehicles burn gasoline vapors in their internal combustion engines. The fact of the matter is, gasoline powered vehicles burn finely divided particles or droplets that are sprayed from the carburetor or fuel injectors, into the engine cylinders.

This is a very wasteful process of converting gasoline or diesel to energy. Maybe 20-30 % efficiency at most. It has been known and demonstrated for 60 or more years that burning gasoline vapors will give easily 5 times the mpg and near zero emissions. Actually if the vapors are heated to the necessary temperature of 450 degrees F, the gasoline vapors are actually fractionalized by catalytic cracking and converted to smaller light molecular hydrocarbons, methane and methanol. In my travels around the world I have been in contact with some very informed inventors, relatives or associates of inventors who have known of many high mileage low emission vapor carburetors. I am sure many of you have heard of the Pogue, Covey, and Fish high mileage carburetors.

I recently decided write about my experiences and investigations of high mileage vapor carburetors because they produce less and almost near zero emissions. Lets be realistic, the best and fastest way to clean up the vehicle air pollution problems in congested cities involves the encouragement of the automobile and oil companies to bring out of the closet the many designs and patents of high mileage carburetors and injection systems. Using computer regulated technology, these patents can be upgraded to work much better.

The gas prices are going up, more cars are on the road, and more cities are experiencing extreme vehicle exhaust pollution. Lets raise the price of gas and sell the same amount of gas, (due to rapid increase of car population) and let the car get 100 mpg with near zero emissions. This would help preserve fossil fuels for many generations to come and help clean up the planet in a short period of time.

A crash program to install vapor carbs and injection systems on the 600 million vehicles world wide would be a quick and clean way to make cities more livable world wide, and reduce serious health effects such as respiratory congestion and cancer. In fact, the development of Electric Vehicles, Hybrid Electric Vehicles and Fuel Cell vehicles are not proceeding at a fast enough pace to make a dent cleaning up the air in most cities. The auto population explosion world wide is frustrating motorists, city transportation planners, and road maintenance departments. In the Unites States highway building and maintenance funds are not keeping up with the auto explosion.

The Japanese call the U.S. “The Car Society”. The auto explosion is also causing the increased rate of the build-up of harmful pollutants and greenhouse gases and hence global warming and increased incidences of severe weather. The internal combustion engine is considered as the greatest emitter of greenhouse gases worldwide. When one considers there are 200 million vehicles running the streets, highways, and freeways here in the U.S. and a total of 6-700 million vehicles world wide, then the urgency of drastic cleanup measures seems evident.

Now for the rest of the story! In 1936, according to widespread news accounts, Charles Pogue equipped a Ford V8 coupe that reportedly got over 200 MPG. In the summer of 1935 he drove the V8 Ford from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada to Vancouver B.C. Canada. He got 1879.5 miles on 14.5 gallons of gasoline. A standard carburetor used 106.5 gallons on the same trip. Did these tests actually take place?.. Did Charles N. Pogue sell-out? Ray Covey, who contacted the Pogue family, said that John Pogue, Charles’s cousin, stated in a recent taped interview, that “Pogue Carbs were installed in some U.S. tanks and Jeeps in North Africa, during WWII.”

CIA recruits 1,500 Jihadists from Mazar-e-Sharif to fight in Libya

ISLAMABAD: The Central Intelligence Agency of the United States recruited over 1,500 men from Mazar-e-Sharif for fighting against the Qaddafi forces in Libya.

Sources told The Nation: “Most of the men have been recruited from Afghanistan. They are Uzbeks, Persians and Hazaras. According to the footage, these men attired in the Uzbek-style of shalwar and Hazara-Uzbek Kurta were found fighting in Libyan cities.”

When an Al-Jazeera reporter pointed it out he was disallowed by the ‘rebels’ to capture images.

Sources in Quetta said: “Some Uzbeks and Hazaras from Afghanistan were arrested in Balochistan for illegally traveling into Pakistan en route to Libya through Iran. Aljazeera’s report gave credence to this story. More than 60 Afghans, mainly children and teenagers, have been found dead after suffocating inside a shipping container in southwestern Pakistan in an apparent human smuggling attempt.

More than 100 illegal immigrants were discovered 20km from the border town of Quetta last week inside the container, which had been locked from the outside.

Aljazeera having a dubious record, gave a human touch to this story as most of the men who intruded inside Pakistan from Afghanistan were recruits for the Libyan rebels’ force.

The sources said: “The CIA funded Libyan rebels with cash and weapons.” In a report the New York Mayor’s TV Channel Bloomberg said, “Leaders of the Libyan rebels’ Transitional National Council flew to Istanbul seeking legitimacy and money. They will leave with the official recognition of the US and 31 other nations. As for the cash, they will have to wait.”

The decision to treat the council as the “legitimate governing authority” in Libya is a key step to freeing up some of the government’s frozen assets for rebels seeking the ouster of Muammar Qaddafi. Still, obstacles such as existing United Nations sanctions won’t disappear overnight.

“We still have to work through various legal issues, but we expect this recognition will allow the TNC to access various forms of funding,” said US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

At stake are about $34 billion in frozen Libyan government assets that are held by the US institutions and as much as $130 billion more held around the world. Speaking via phone from Istanbul, Transitional National Council spokesman Mahmoud Shammam put the total in excess of $100 billion globally.

Qaddafi, in an audio message broadcast to supporters in the town of Zlitan, said the Libyan people “will never give up” in the fight to prevent him being ousted, the Associated Press reported. “The Libyan people will persevere,” he said.

In the coming weeks, US officials will consult with the TNC and international partners on the most effective and appropriate method of making additional significant financial assistance available, according to a Treasury official who was not authorised to discuss the matter publicly.

Shammam said the TNC needs $3 billion to cover the budget for six months. The council is seeking loans secured by the Qaddafi regime’s assets abroad as a means of funding, he said.

Recognition may lawfully allow nations to buy state-owned oil from the TNC, which controls the oil-rich eastern part of the country. Italy’s Eni SpA and France’s Total SA are the top oil companies operating in Libya, a former Italian colony.

How much money the Benghazi-based government can get, and when, may be more tied to politics than the law.

“The legal issues are in the eye of the beholder,” said Gary Clyde Hufbauer, a senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics in Washington. “If Obama and Clinton want to go slow in paying out the money, their lawyers can invent plenty of legal issues to justify the chosen pace.”

The US envisions a “short timeframe” for releasing some of the Libyan government assets frozen by the US, State Department spokesman Mark Toner said.

President Barack Obama signed an order on February 25 freezing any US assets of Muammar Qaddafi, his family and members of his regime in Libya. As a practical matter, most of the frozen $34 billion is tied up in complicated property interests, including ownership interests in non-publicly traded companies or real estate, according to the Treasury official.

The mechanics of how the US will unfreeze assets still has to be worked out. The United Nations sanctions against Libya remain in place, a hindrance to efforts to get money to the rebels.

The UK and France, which led the campaign to unseat Qaddafi, yesterday didn’t commit any financial contributions.

Recognition of the council “will allow some countries to unfreeze some money,” French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said. Libyan frozen assets in France total $250 million, he said.

Other nations have already found the means to act.

Italy will open a credit line to rebels using frozen assets as collateral, and will provide them with 100 million euros ($141 million), Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said yesterday. Another 300 million euros will be released in two weeks and in total, Italy will release 400 million euros, he said, describing the money as loans.

The council is expecting $100 million from Turkey within three days, Shammam said.

The main criterion for international law for the recognition of a rebel group as the government of a state is its effective control over the territory.

The military campaign against Qaddafi will continue “indefinitely” until he steps down, UK Foreign Secretary William Hague told reporters yesterday in Istanbul.

“It’s near-impossible to find anyone in Afghanistan who doesn’t believe the US are funding the Taliban: and it’s the highly educated Afghan professionals, those employed by ISAF, USAID, international media organizations — and even advising US diplomats — who seem the most convinced,” reports the Guardian today. “The US has an interest in prolonging the conflict so as to stay in Afghanistan for the long term,” said one Afghan.

It does not take a lot of research to prove the Taliban — and al-Qaeda — were fabricated by the CIA in league with Pakistani and Saudi Arabian intelligence.

As the Guardian reported, most Afghans know “America’s war strategy” is a joke and only the American people are fooled and also fleeced.

For years the corporate media has told us the Taliban fund their insurgency with profits from a huge opium industry. But even Obama’s special envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan, the Bilderberger Richard Holbrooke, admits this is not the case. “In the past there was a kind of feeling that the money all came from drugs in Afghanistan,” said Holbrooke last year. “That is simply not true.”

In fact, before “everything changed,” the Taliban banned opium cultivation in Afghanistan, an effort the corporate media characterized as an effort to run up prices.

However, after the defeat of the Taliban, the drug trade, under the supervision of the CIA, would once again blossom.

“After five years of the U.S. occupation, Afghanistan’s drug production had swelled to unprecedented proportions,” writes Alfred W. McCoy, a professor of History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. “In August 2007, the U.N. reported that the country’s record opium crop covered almost 500,000 acres, an area larger than all the coca fields in Latin America. From a modest 185 tons at the start of American intervention in 2001, Afghanistan now produced 8,200 tons of opium, a remarkable 53% of the country’s GDP and 93% of global heroin supply.”

In April, Fox News ran a brazen propaganda piece on Afghanistan’s opium trade claiming the U.S. military allows peasants to grow opium out of respect for their cultural traditions.

In fact, the CIA has long used profits from opium to finance its covert operations.

In order to continue the CIA’s favorite business enterprise and extend the occupation indefinitely, the U.S. supports its official enemy in Afghanistan. “It is an accepted fact of the military logistics operation in Afghanistan that the US government funds the very forces American troops are fighting,” Aram Roston wrote for the Nation on November 11, 2009. “US military officials in Kabul estimate that a minimum of 10 percent of the Pentagon’s logistics contracts — hundreds of millions of dollars — consists of payments to insurgents.”

Roston “uncovered a tangled web of former military and CIA officials, relatives of the Afghanistan president and Defense Minister and various other shady characters who act as a pipeline from the U.S. Treasury to the Taliban,” write Jon Soltz and Richard Allen Smith for Vet Voice.

The occupation of Afghanistan is not about freedom and democracy for the Afghan people. It is about producing heroin and maintaining a military foothold in Asia.

On May 20, a Senate committee approved another $33.5 billion for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Not only will the money help support an effort to flood American streets with deadly heroin — and thus turn heavy profits for the money launderers on Wall Street — it will also add to the preposterous debt owed to bankers. In the end, we not only pay for the misery of drug addiction (and the war on drugs, including the prison industrial complex) but the effort to reduce America to a nation of slaves indebted for generations to come to a cabal of international bankers.
